Hi, what would you recommend to see, eat, and do when are in port in Rome for one day on a cruise?
Good video Wolters world! But, let's clear one thing up, spaghetti and meatballs does exist in Italy! Southern Italy, primarily Napoli. It is eating at home, the meatballs are smaller than USA style, but you do have a point that it's not served in restaurants for the most part. But in the Naples region spaghetti and meatballs exists. This stuff wasn't made up out of thin air, our relatives that immigrated from Southern Italy, which is 80% of the Italian immigration historically to USA, made this dish in the same way they used sausages and organ meats to cut the acidic tomato sauce. this is peasant food. Like how the Americans get so excited over bruschetta, it's peasant food, tomatoes on stale bread drenched in olive oil to soften the bread. Anyway yes you're right not in restaurants but in homes in southern Italy. Excellent video thank you.

I'm Italian and I have to say that everything you've said is correct! as for our kitchen do not ask even fettuccine alfredo (if I'm not wrong so you calls in usa) because they do not exist in Italy ahahahah who the fuck is Alfredo? still I have to understand it ahahaha

Europeans are shodked, too, when they come to the US. wether in california or in Florida … everywhere the same Food, clothes, etc. etc. only the Prices differ. And the Food is completly artificial.! even the bread is not edible. because it is full with artificial flavours ! also other things taste as if they were produced by …. Soylents Green! or meant for martians!
how loud the Italians are? compared to the tourists of english-speaking countries they are almost mute! at least, they do not shout like drunken Cowboys or stoned maniacs when they in foreign countries.
