A LITTLE ABOUT US
Originally from a small town in Italy (Nico) and Copenhagen (Louise) we met in Dublin in May 2015 while working in the same team for the same company [awkward :-s].
Soon after our first date we discovered our common love for travels, food, health and adventure. After all, both of us had left our home countries several years earlier to explore new cultures and different ways of living.
After several short trips around Europe we embarked on a longer trip to Thailand that, little did we know, would COMPLETELY CHANGE OUR LIFE.
It was April 2018 during Songkran celebrations when on a HOT late afternoon in Bangkok’s Lumpini Park a group of overly friendly Tai Chi practicing ladies blessed us with purifying water and clay while the Thai SUN was warmly setting over the tall city skyline.
On our way home we were unusually quiet. When we finally looked at each other we immediately knew: THAT was the day when EVERYTHING CHANGED.

Thanks so much guys! We'll be in Bologna in a week and your video inspired me. I'll eat as much as I can because I can't bring food back to Canada. I've been only once to Bologna when I was a (Romanian) student and didn't have money for anything, not even coffee. I actually like Cesare Marretti! I'll definitely go to his restaurant. You are right about FICO. I don't think it's worth it for me visiting it, as I can't bring anything back. I would have loved tasting so many products there…What a pity! Once again, thank you for sharing and taking the time to edit and stuff.

In Bologna you can eat well but I guarantee you that if you visit Italy you will find a variety of infinite specialties. I live in Bergamo, my opinion is that in Italy the more you go from the North to the South and the more you eat well. ciao
