Casoria, a Tuscan Inspired Courtyard Home (VIDEO)
With its terra cotta-hued barrel roof tiles, limestone sheathed walls, stone accents and golden-hued stucco façade, this is a quintessential Tuscan-inspired home. Entering the courtyard through a pair of wrought iron gates, a loggia of stone-covered pillars and arched openings travels the length of the home. Myriad windows and glass doors grace the interior walls resulting in an instant and irrevocable synergy that connects the interior and exterior spaces.
To the left of the foyer, the master suite faces the pool and seemingly draws the outdoors inward. The library is located near the foyer and adjacent to the airy kitchen, dining and great room, which naturally transition outward onto the covered loggia and ensuing pool area. Facing the enclosed courtyard, two second-story guest suites share a common loft that opens up onto a covered balcony and pergola-shaded deck. Anchored on one side by a private guesthouse, a privacy wall encloses the courtyard, enhancing the home’s oasis-like ambiance. The courtyard area is highlighted by an outdoor Solana’ featuring a fireplace and outdoor kitchen adjacent to the cabana.

1:05 omg why is everything so cluttered and bulked up? I feel like theres no space to walk or even breathe lol.. anybody else like rooms with less furniture and lots of space

my favorite "small" designer dream home plan in the magazine. Not so sure about the color choice on the trim – or the bathroom 2 color wood approach but I do love this plan and seeing it IRL was perfect. Thanks for making this video !
