Great video as always! I'll be around with my wife during 3 days of next January doing tourism. I will ask you, between Matera, Alberobello and Polignano a Mare, which one is more interesting for booking a night at least, keep in mind will be winter. By the way, I'm practicing English with you. Thank you!!
We'll be staying in Matera for a few days next month mostly due to your videos. You are our favorite travelers – love your videos. Looking forward to seeing a lot of cats here, too.
Did you go in February? I would like to know if the weather looks like this, I`m going in January 🙂
Like the video but why Spanish music about an Italian city?
So my husband and I are in our late 20s and took a cross country trip by rental car through Italy (Rome to Trevisio, to Tuscany, to Amalfi, to Matera and then back to Rome) of almost 2000 miles round trip!
I have to say the biggest THANK YOU for showing me Matera!!! I added it to our agenda after you posted this video and it was my FAVORITE place I’ve ever travel to!! Absolutely beautiful, felt like I was see Turkey or Isreal, just amazing. Thank you both!!
Lovely video! I just bumped into your channel and I really like your style and tone of voice. I'm Italian and have produced a few video interviews about Italian destinations, but I really enjoy exploring the foreigners' perspective. For a different angle on Matera, please check out the video I created about the famous bread of Matera, a dinosaur-shaped, flavourful traditional product that's deeply rooted into the local culture, history and identity. By the way, there's a bread-based recipe, in the video, that you might like, especially if you can get your hands on some local "crusco" sweet peppers. 😉
Cheers,
Angelica
