As a Neapolitan I am really ashamed you ate such horrendous pizze. Pizzaiolo had aqctually to be a shoe maker, not a pizza maker.
Such bubbles of burnt crust reveal he was totally unprofessional and the place you choosen was nothing than a tourist scam.
Please forgive us neapolitans for that..
