Tuscany’s Dolce Vita (VIDEO)
Rick Steves’ Europe Travel Guide | Tuscany offers a “dolce vita” mix of hearty cuisine, fascinating history, and gentle beauty. First we’ll learn about the original Tuscans — the ancient Etruscans — at Volterra’s Etruscan Museum, then we’ll tour a hill town that was important to both the Etruscans and the Romans, head into the woods for a truffle hunt, eat slow food Italian-style during Sunday lunch in Chiusure, and finish in Montepulciano, where we’ll get passionate about the local wine.

I would love to see Italian places called by their real names….No it's not Tuscany…it's TOSCANA. No it's not Florence, but FIRENZE, It's not Milan, but Milano, No it's not Venice….it's VENEZIA…..No it's not Rome…It's Roma….No it's not Naples, It's NAPOLI…and it's not Sicily or Sardinia, but Sicilia and Sardegna….If you are coming to my country and you do not find the time to learn how to properly pronounce our cities and regions…then you should think about staying home altogether…..and no it's not Nuova York…but it's NEW YORK….See how much better cities and regions sound in their original language? Try it…it won't hurt you…..
Cool!!!
Rick your production is so awesome, thanks for the tour….
I'm so depressed; I want to be in that beautiful place !!!!

Most generous guy on the YouTube. Thanks Rick
Wherever you go in italy, you live a great times!!!
WOW
Why this american obsession about Italy? Why this will to judge our lifestyle? I dont understand this american people . I dont understand Mr Steves ! I m not i interested about Idaho or Montana , but You are interested to Abruzzo or Puglia and every italian place . Our culture is the opposite of american way of life and americans dont know italian culture and habits : so why this obsession?
😍😘🤩
I always loved Romans built Theatres for public entertainment and culture .
Many cultures have public shows ,but they don't have public or village theatres ,permanent ones .
I am just amazed how much ancient and medieval Europe's architecture survived inspite of so many wars
…no word about the italian mob – and corrupt judges, politicans, press, police, money laundering… Transparency is the key-word.
Awesome
Anyone else wanna pack up and move to Italy pronto after watching this?
Rivi
Why are you glorify Tuscany?
Napa is prettier than Tuscany
