That's something wrong. From travel guide like yours I expect more. Song is not related to Florence, but Naples. Lampredotto and trippa are swapped. This is a very big big big error.

I found this video disgusting, first of all because of this cliché that everything about Italy must be followed with o' sole mio…NO PLEASE, NO! WE ARE NOT NEAPOLITANS (fortunately) we have two different cultures so I'm pretty surprised that you of lonely planet doesn't care about it. For second the dishes are wrong, lampredotto is the first, tripe the second…in Florence we eat tripe with tomato for sure not lampredotto!!! Have you ever been in my city before this video? I don't think so! Porchetta was born in Lazio and please pronunciate It properly!!! This video is full of cliché and it's really meaningless, it's better if you remove it soon.
