If you are in Milan in Sunday I suggest you go to "Palazzo Della Regione", a skyscraper located between Milano Centrale FS and Milano Porta Garibaldi subway station. From here you can see Milan skyline from 39° floor FOR FREE! The cheapest thing is the Bergamo airport (BGY)! Just 20km outside of Milano!!
