I have a duffel bag with wheels? I love the cube idea. Only two pairs of pants. No shorts?
It's interesting to see your way of packing which works for you. I pack a bit differently. I use plastic space bags which enable me to organize and pack more clothing when needed. I like Eagle Creek zippered bags for my toiletries. I always put liquids in small bottles.
You took a lot of dresses and makeup. I take two dresses even for a five week trip. I take skirts, pants, tops, undies, socks, bras, a couple of nightgowns and a robe. Cardigans are essential for me. Two pairs of sandals, flop flops that can double as slippers are good for me. I wear walking shoes on the plane. I take small bottles of toiletries and very little makeup.
Woolite individual packets are great for washing clothing and undies in the sink. I have a couple of foldable and inflatable hangers and a small plastic rectangular dryer on which to hang things to dry.
My plane outfit gives me another outfit to wear on my travels. I wear a sweater on the plane, so I don't need to pack it. Planes can be chilly, so a sweater is essential.
When traveling in winter to a warm climate, I place my short packable down coat in a space bag in my carry on. The space bag makes the down coat very flat.
I always make sure to have a couple of days of clothing and undies in my carry on. I also put one of my pairs of sandals and one of my cardigans. There's also some toiletries in my plastic quart bag.
Wow Jen, this is some exceptional packing!
You are the best great information thank you
I am going to rome next Wednesday and this was very helpful
I ADORE your haircut in this video! You look lovely!!!
Just wondering why you brought so many socks for you? You didn't seem to bring shoes that you would need to wear socks.
I'm going on my honeymoon to Italy in September this is super helpful!
Your videos are so helpful!!
Thanks for sharing. Going to Europe in the spring….still trying to decide if I'm doing carry on only or checking luggage. Mi think we change locations like 4 times. Thanks again
Could you tell me, where did you buy the travel yoga mat from?
I'm a backpack kind of girl and I like to travel light. I try to keep it at 15kg max (about 33-35 lbs). But I take trains and lots of public transport when I travel, and I suppose that is not how you travel. I use all sorts of old shoe dust bags to keep things organised, but perhaps I should get some of those packing cubes!
You look radiant in this video! π
I may have missed in your packing video. Where did you get the white mesh zipper bag that your outlet transformers are in? I'm looking for see through items like this to use in my purse and kids' bags and diaper bags. It's so much easier for me, my husband and the kids to find things when they can see through the bag! TIA!
Luv your vids! Is there a link you could provide for me for that awesome raincoat? Or a review video link on the coat? Thank you bunches!!
Loved seeing what worked and what didn't! Thanks for sharing. Did you make a carry-on video?
