NAPLES Italy TRAVEL VLOG: HOME OF THE BEST PIZZAS, POMPEII RUINS AND MOUNT VESUVIUS w DJI MAVIC PRO (VIDEO)
NAPLES Italy TRAVEL VLOG – “NAPLES IS SO DANGEROUS, DON’T GO THERE” This is what everyone told us when they found out we were going to Naples…
We started off our Italy adventure in Naples. Everyone who we spoke to told us that it was dangerous and they didn’t stay in Naples for this reason. We decided to take the risk and stay in Naples anyway and we ended up falling in love with this town. (Always be careful when traveling anyway)
The people were so friendly and approachable. They were accomodating and you could really feel the culture and vibe. We are so glad we were able to stay in Naples and experience it.
We will definitely stay longer next time.
We tried local restaurants that were recommended by local residence and our hotel concierge. That restaurant called “osteria I’ll Gobetto was probably one of my FAVOURITE italian restaurants.

Great video! one question, do the Pompeii tickets cover the Amphitheatre of Pompeii? how much time would you suggest in each? Thanks!
At 6:24 when you take the ferry to Sorrento exactly where is the ferry located? We will be traveling from Naples to Sorrento and I am confused where people board the ferry, Alilauro? Would it be via Francesco Caracciolo? Loved the video, thanks.
As child I feared Naples because of Vesuvius
As teen, I visited Naples. 5 days, and I even hiked on Mount Vesuvius.
The volcano is a bit unrest but isn't going to burst right now, so is safe. Anyway volcanoes in Naples are three (four, if we count the new one that is forming undersea, between Campi Flegrei and Vesuvius), and they range from VEI 6 to VEI 7.
Pickpocket rate in Napoli is 1/1000
Pickpocker rate in Barcelona is 7/1000
Napoli is simply treated unfairly by the media, especially the Italian one.
They are afraid it would "steal" tourists from Venice, Florence and Rome so they resort to this kind of anti-neapolitan propaganda.
I even know a German lady who was OK during her whole trip in Naples and was robbed by a gypsy the moment she arrived at Rome's train station.
Good work my dear friend! 😁 Ciao, have a nice weekend! LIKE#16👍✨✨✨✨✨ and yes! Napoli is a wonderful City 💙
I live in Turin (Italy), but I am always glad to visit the beautiful Naples, I recommend to visit the Vomero neighborhood and visit the neighborhood called "colli aminei" then the Posillipo district and finally the famous square "Piazza Dante"
Some people say "Naples is a 3rd world country, there are piles of trash everywhere." Is it true?
when i was younger and backpacking around europe the word on the streets was to avoid Naples at all costs as i had spoken to so many backpackers that had been robbed or there backpacks stolen there and it has kept that same reputation for ever…but a couple of years ago when we were over from NZ we took my mother there and i loved it but it still is a bit dodgy especially around the station areas but as you say you should always be vigilant when travelling and in all my 40 odd years of travelling i have never been majorly ripped off….
Thank you for sharing this nice video.
My favorite place.
