Eating ENTIRE Huge FLORENTINE STEAK in Florence Italy (VIDEO)
My first time in Florence Italy and as soon as I got off the train from Venice, I had to find a restaurant that serves the traditional Florentine steak. This cut of steak is leaner than most other steaks I’ve had, especially the A5 wagyu in Japan.
I got the T bone which gave me two different cuts of steak meat and the tenderloin part was just mind blowingly delicious. The steak had a huge beef flavor and the tenderloin part of the steak was just the most tender steak ever.

One of the most BEAUTIFUL cities I have ever been in and home to the BEST sandwich and gelato in the world 🙂 Where else should I go in Europe for amazing food?

Now this is my idea of worshipping a cow.
I hate the taste of liver. I would rather starve. I wish I liked but but it's just a gag reflex taste for me. I love most foods but some organ meats and all butter foods I can't handle. Some sour is ok buy not warhead level. lol. I can't eat liver, kidney, intestines or heart
But I love cow tongue, oxtails, pigs feet, pig ears, and snails and other odd food options. I can't stand tarragon or black licorice but I love som mild licorice flavored foods like fennel – go figure.
Anyway hats off to those that can stomach all flavors. I do love white and black truffle flavors. Truffle and Parmesan cheese fries and truffle butter and parmesan popcorn are so good 🍟🍿😋
